EagleTec (Asia) Limited對其FD系列之快閃記憶體提供全面的設計, 生產, 品質及服務保障. 按客戶購買日期起十年內EagleTec (Asia) Limited將跟據下列條款提供免費修理及更換服務. 自購買日起十年內, 在正常使用情況下, 客戶可享用免費的保修服務 (替代產品可能是修復產品或含有修復的材料, 非正規產品將另行收費). 適用於所有EagleTec FD系列之快閃儲存記憶體, 包括 :-
10 year warranty
EagleTec (Asia) Limited provide full-scale of design, production, quality and
service assurance for the FD series. Start from the purchasing date and last
for 10 year, according to the terms of the receipt, we provide free recondition and
replacement service. customers can enjoy chargeable recondition service.
(Substitute maybe reconditioned products or products contain recondition
material, irregular products have to charge separately). The terms above suit
to all the EagleTec FD series products. Including:
a) FD Turbo Series (Deluxe/ Standard)
b) FD Metal Series
c) FD Album Series
d) FD Secret Series
e) FD Combo Series

適用於所有EagleTec Turbo Flash系列之快閃儲存記憶體, 包括 :-

EagleTec (Asia) Limited provide full-scale of design, production, quality and
service assurance for the Turbo Flash series. Start from the purchasing date
and last for 10 year, according to the terms of the receipt, we provide free
recondition and replacement service. under the normal situation, customers can enjoy chargeable
recondition service. (Substitute maybe reconditioned products or products
contain recondition material, irregular products have to charge separately).
The terms above suit to all the EagleTec Turbo Flash series products.
Including:
a) 1.8V Turbo Reduced Size Multi Media Card (RS-MMC)

適用於所有EagleTec Pro Flash系列及標準系列之快閃儲存記憶體, 包括 :-

For the Pro Flash series and standard series flash memory products, we provide
full-scale of design, production, quality and service assurance. Start from the
purchasing date and last for 10 year, EagleTec (Asia) Limited provide free
recondition and replacement service according to the terms below. (Substitute maybe reconditioned products or
products contain recondition material, irregular products have to charge
separately). The terms above suit to all the EagleTec Pro Flash series and
standard series flash memory products. Including:
a) Pro Multi Media (MMC) Card
b) Pro Compact Flash (CF) Card
c) Reduced Size Multi Media Card (RS-MMC)

EagleTec (Asia) Limited對其生產之手提電腦配件及電子手帳配件提供全面的設計, 生產, 品質及服務保障. 按客戶購買日期起一年內EagleTec (Asia) Limited將跟據下列條款提供免費修理及更換服務.
適用於所有EagleTec產品(非快閃儲存記憶體)均可享有一年保用, 包括 :-

For the notebook and PDA peripherals that produced by EagleTec (Asia) Limited,
we provide full-scale design, production, quality and service assurance. Start
from the purchasing day within 1 year, EagleTec (Asia) Limited will offer free
recondition and replacement service according to the terms below.
Suitable for all the EagleTec product ( non-flash memory) offer 1 year
warranty, including:-
a) USB Flash Card Reader
b) PCMCIA Adaptor / Compact Flash (CF) Adaptor
c) Bluetooth / GPRS series
d) Wireless Broadband / Wireless Networking series
e) Portable Drive / Portable Storage series
f) PDA Peripherals / PDA Solutions series
g) Notebook Peripherals / Notebook Solutions series
免費維修服務 :
客戶需在本公司網站完成登記, 保養服務方可生效. 如有任何登記問題請與本公司聯絡. 本公司只對附有確實購買日期証明文件, 以茲証明購買日期及經銷商之產品提供保養, 在正常使用過程中, 本公司會為保用期內產品, 提供免費修理因物料或工序所發生之質量問題.
Free recondition
service:
Customers should complete the registration procedures on our company’s website
to effect the warranty. If there is any
query on registration, please feel free to contact us. Our company will only
provide recondition service to customers who provide the document with accurate
purchasing date to prove the purchasing date and distributor. During the normal
using process, our company will prove free materials or quality problems which
cause by working process to products in warranty period.
產品保用範圍 :
保用範圍並不包括非本公司生產的軟件及硬件, 無論是否在保用期內, 本公司不負責客戶儲存於本產品的軟件, 資料, 內容或數據的完整性.
在下列情況下, 本公司將不會為產品提供保用服務 : 消耗性配件, 產品被濫用, 不正確使用, 外殼損毀, 天然災害及人為災難, 或其他因不正確裝配, 修理及改裝而損壞之產品.
Limited
Warranty :
EagleTec
(Asia) Limited should not provided warranty on non-EagleTec’s products included
both hardware and software. EagleTec (Asia) Limited should not be responsible
for all data lose, data damage or data incomplete during using EagleTec’s
products.
EagleTec
(Asia) Limited should not provide repair and maintenance services for the
following conditions : disposable parts, misappropriate use, improperly use,
physical damage, nature and human damage, unauthorized repair, reformat and
assembly.
如何登記:
在每件EagleTec 產品或包裝背面均有如上圖的序號, 客人務必於Challenger-Tech.com 的產品登記內輸入SERIAL NUMBER 一欄內輸入該序號, 否則登記將不能完成.
